oluv
does anyone know a simple and maybe freeware tool where i can merge my single frames into an avi-movie? preferrably with support of all installed video-codecs. i don't need combustion or premiere, i only want to compile my frames into a single animation, qick and simple without effects etc. many thanks for any tips! best regards, o. Buffalo Bills
Oluv, There is a similar questioned being asked up in the 3dmax forum section. Check that out and see if anyone of those programs might help you out.

mbr
http://www.virtualdub.org/ I think that's the one. It works very well, is fast, and very easy to use.

oluv
Use a famous Windows XP MovieMaker i tried to use it indeed. but apparently it cannot deal with single-frames well. i imported all frames, but didn't find any option to set the frame-rate to 1/25 second. i think the shortest time for single frames was 1/4 second. besides i couldn't set them all at once, but rather had to set one by one... :-( but virtualdub seems very promising. thanks to all!
