afegadi
thanks ! perfect ! what about orientation, where should be north ?'
Allen
afegadi, I always remember the orientation of baseball fields because left handed pitchers are called "south-paws". The general orientation therefore is home plate is to the west, centerfield to the east. Be careful though to study the location to insure, as much as possible, that the sunset will not be directly in the pitcher's eyes. (See attached image of Ameriquest Field in Arlington, Texas.)
