Interior - Big Bathroom

This rendering is looking pretty good.. I really like it. I would add a image on the TV, and have it reflect a little in the water. On the floor I would add some grout lines, so it doesn't look like a large piece of granite/ marble.

Thanks... I'll add the tiles to the floor as you guys said.

The TV actually had an image a few renders back. The Simpsons! I took it off cuz taste for TV shows is something that is very personal and I want a generic look. I wouldn't want to deviate attention from the scene to the TV.

Anyone wanna help me get more photorealistic? I'm fairly pleased with my images, but they are missing that extra something that makes'em realistic.

I've seen loads of images on this forum that look much better than mines... Alot of them with Vray and MR but I know I can get better with Radiosity/Scanline.

no simpsons please. put soomething realistic in the screen. if you put grout lines in the floor make them real thin barely visible like a hint of lines so that you won't have a room full with squares and grids. you have enough grout lines in this scene.

but most importantly no simpsons pleaaaaase......

by the way I have been away from home Lebanon for 4-5 years and I have missed seeing Brazilian teams playing soccer on TV. are you still winning? how are things going with Italy's soccer team?

That's what I mean about puttin' up an image on the TV.

I love simpsons, but those who don't would always complain about it... A TV turned off is something everyone is satisfied with. =)

@ecastillor: Yeah, this was done with Radiosity/Scanline.

About soccer... Hmmm I guess we're winning most of the games. I'm a bit uninformed myself. I have no idea about the Italian games though.

I agree about the challeng for tv images. i theink it all depends on your view of the tv. if the tv is far enough away, or at a sharp enough angle, you can and probably should put something on the tv. for the current view, it just robs from the whole scene. here it would not only be good to have it turned off, but you might play with having a very subtle, and blurry reflection to the screen.

really good textures by the way!

The TV is fine turned off, but the screen needs to have a little more life to it, some highlights and faint reflections. That and the floor, and I am not sure how much more "realistic" you can get. This looks very good to me, certainly much better than I can produce.
