I've been bypassing the 3d route and am using Photoshop...a few drop shadows seem to make the client happy.

Perfectly executed...clean design...easily navigated...and some of the best work I've seen to date. ...raised glass sir!

...you may want to desaturate the curbing a bit...I think it takes focus away from the building.
