  1. Hello, I'm interested in practicing some architectural modeling from site plans. I've seen people model existing buildings from site plans or floor plans and I was curious if there are any websites or resources to get that sort of thing. Obviously there's Google, but I haven't found anything substantial.
  2. May I know what program / method was used to do up all these seemingly "Rendered" floor plans / sectional elevations?
  3. heya, I am looking for a some of the best Technic in Photoshop on how to create a 2d layout for my neighbourhood, I have been using paper for a while now but was thinking I want to place it into 3ds max so I can create on top of my floor plan. Thanks!
  4. Studio/Institution: Personal Project Genre: Residential Interior Software: 3ds Max, Vray, Photoshop Description: Did this as a modeling and lighting & texturing exercise. I wanted to make an entertainment room. This is probably the most realistic interior render I've made and I like how it turned out. What do you guys think?
  5. Hi There, I am new to V-ray. I have created a detailed 3D model in Sketchup, and am now trying to use Vray for Sketchup to create rendered floor plans, with soft lighting and shadows. The renderings I've tried so far have ended with 'render canceled' or have been all white. Do I have to create a large light source over the entire floor plan? Any advice for which settings to use to create a professional looking floor plan?
