    Hi! I'm looking for a missing step that would make possible, in 3DS MAX, to replace 2d/CAD element by 3d objects. For instance, you want to replace 2d chairs by 3d chairs, so you just needed to select one, do - missing magic - and then select the other one. I remember they were issues easily fixable with the orientation... does anyone know what I am talking about? I forgot to do that trick and I need help. Thank you guys. Best Regards.
