    Render quality

Hello I have noticed that all my renders extremely losing quality during compression to jpg in Photoshop. They become more bluried.. and after puting them to web they look just terrible. I save renders always as TGA files, then after opening them in Photoshop and comparing to VFB raw render they looks almost identical, so its ok on that stage. Then put some sharpen filter and I am quite happy from what I see on the screen - renders look clean and sharp as they should be. But.. after saving them as jpg and opening outside of photoshop they lose a lot from they sharpness. I know that jpg is a low quality format, but I have seen a lots of renders saved as jpg and they still have remained sharp. So where is the problem..?
