Hi guys, For a year now I've been putting up tutorials on YouTube and I'm asking if you could please take a look and let me know what you think. I started creating tutorials as, in the office I've found I spend my time teaching guys what to do. I'm showing them how to create materials, or how to use Bercon Tile, how to put god rays into scenes, etc., etc. Also, there are tips and tricks you pick up when working with others and I thought that rather than keep these to ourselves, we'd share them. Hi, I formated my pc recently. When trying to install 3ds max and vray again got some errors. I managed to instal 3ds max without any trouble. When trying to instal vray (vray_demo_150SP2_max2009_x86) couldnt do so. A window just poped saying an error had occured and vray could not be installed. No error number was listed. After failing to install vray i opened 3ds max and got a dll error, saying Vrender2009.DLR could not be found. Error code 126. Can anyone help me out here? Already Installed Windows completly new and still get the problem. Im using Windows Vista. Thanks!

Hi, I have just set up vray distributed rendering. I am having 2 problems that I urgently need help with please!: 1. When I press render on my workstation, on the render node with vray spawner loaded vray comes up with this vray warning "This file was created with an older version of the vray renderer. etc etc" and I have to press the ok button to get it to work. And YES - the version of vray are identical on each machine (the exact same install). Please help? 2. Sometimes the render node machines (slaves) render the wrong thing in all their buckets while my workstation always renders what is supposed to render. I have attached and image that demostrates this...the object has been changed from red to yellow but the slave machines don't render that change So if I make any small change in the scene...the workstation buckets render it correctly but the slaves buckets render it wrong. I have tried saving the scene and then pressing render but this makes no difference. Could anyone help please...I'm desperate! Cheers
