hi everyone, my first post here, hope you'll like it, please comment on this one, my design, almost done, just a little more details to be added soon... i just want to know what you think of it... thanks in advance!

the image needs more contrast. there isn't much difference between shaded areas and sunlit areas. your model could use some more detail, especially around the windows. rethink your concrete map and scale...the grid doesnt work with your window layouts. the wall blocks any view to that unwanted limitless horizon, but it's very high and does not make sense. the foreground obviously needs work...grass, pavement, whatever. the trees on the side help soften the space, but from a rendering standpoint they look like they were just dropped in there all alone. what is the brown material, corten?

 

there are some trade offs between producing a good rendering and designing a good building. i'd say design it first...then make it look pretty.

 

i'd really like to see an update, so keep at it...
