Unsubscribe from ALL threads?

I keep receiving emails whenever someone posts to a thread that I had previously posted.

I can unsubscribe from threads invididually, but I want to remove notifications for good.

I log in daily anyway, the notifications are annoying!

When you post there is a "Thread Subscription" pull down that you can change so you don't get thread notifications. Also in those emails there is a link that you can click to unsubscribe you from the thread. Also under any thread you can click the "Thread Tools" button to unsubscribe/subscribe to a thread.

Thanks, this works. I do need to remember to select "do not subscribe" every time I post.

I wish this was an option associated with the profile, that would automatically apply to all posts.

There is Under "Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode"
