Dude, I have this thing about sunlit scenes...I find them so more realistic and yet dramatic, I just can't say I don't like yours. :)

Anyway, I have only two comments:

1) That element in the center of the ceiling looks way too simple. Wether it's too big or too simplified. Is that correct (or, as a matter of fact, final)?

2) The texture of the floor is not as good as the light, here. We can see it repeat itself several times, and that's simply not good. If I were you, I'd paint the whole floor on PS and apply it to the model with the famous 1x1 mapping.

Nice lighting and modeling.

 

Besides what others have asked about [the luminant square light and tiling] I had just one other minor Q.

 

Is the tile red under the table, or is that a radiosity effect? I wasn’t sure if it was a reflection of some sort, but it seems to have a square border. But it doesn’t follow the grout line, so I didn’t think it was the tile coloring.

 

Otherwise looks very convincing
