BenWilson Posted May 14, 2009 Share Posted May 14, 2009 having a little issue with modelling a canopy to place over a stairway (see pic). basically i want to create a skin that fits the boundaries provided above the stairway. any suggestions? Macer Posted May 14, 2009 Share Posted May 14, 2009 Select lines and 'create terrain from contours' (sandbox tools). You may have to add in some more lines (contours) to get the right effect, and you may have to set smoothing to none and delete excess faces/edges before resmoothing.
