Fran
I've posted a couple of new mini-semi-tutorials for 3ds Max on my blog on how to set up reference images and model a mug: http://surrealstructures.com/blog/ The working 3ds Max scene includes the geometry for the mug and there is also an archive with the mug from the scene in OBJ (smoothed and unsmoothed), along with the texture. The mug in the render has been tweaked, so it's a little different from the one for download.

ihabkal
I just did the drapes tutorial, haven't touched cloth simulators for many years (they used to suck) thanks for it, they are cool now

Peter M. Gruhn
Thanks for the curtain. I went through it, had to do some debugging of my process, but in the end it sure was easier than trying to read a manual or something like that. Thanks!
