Bill Posted October 28, 2002 Share Posted October 28, 2002 Not much happening in Denver. For years, the philosophy has been to build as many building as possible as quickly as possible. Architectural firms around here view rendering as a waste of time that adds unnecessary cost to a project. Currently I’m the CAD Supervisor for CU Boulder. That’s a position I plan on leaving in 2 years. I’ve become very interested in the rendering field and really want to learn how to do it and how to become excellent at it. I’m hoping to find a mentor next summer that I can build a mutually beneficial relationship with, but doubt that my goal is going to work out simply because I’m not having anymore success at finding people than you are. May I ask why you are asking? Looking for a new market? If you are, let’s keep in touch. If you’re looking for someone around here to do some rendering for you?
