IC
Tool Ahh Tool-I love Undertow. I'd go as far as to say it's the best hard rock (sorry I can't bring myself to say metal) album ever made. Lateralus was too much for me though.
tecton3d
Ahh Tool-I love Undertow. I'd go as far as to say it's the best hard rock (sorry I can't bring myself to say metal) album ever made. Lateralus was too much for me though. any album from tool is the best music you can ask for when pulling an all-nighter! I always have a ready supply of tool on tap when I need to dig into something for a dozen or so hours : ) Nothing like a finely "crafted" album from start to finish... and lateralus was (for me an intro to tool) like Goldilocks' porridge and was "just right" I'm working on getting all of thier cd's... now I only have aenema, lateralus, and 10000days (I highly recommend)! right now ~ system of a down "aerials"

And no they are touring as tool in the states a couple shows and then off over seas.

IC
The Young Knives-Voices of Animals and Men. It's very nice. Thinking of buying TV on the Radio's CD today. Anybody recommend it?
Ernest Burden III
I finally got around to buying the Gnarls Barkley CD. What a great disc! Its like they took the last 40 years of R&B and squeezed it onto one CD. There are a few tracks I don't like. Has anyone ever done a pleasing song with a title like 'Transformer'? And 'Necromancer' is f*ing creepy, but there are many great ones. As amazing as 'Crazy' is, 'Smiley Faces' is even better. My son stole my CD and is not singing that song all day, which provides a break from hearing various Stevie Wonder songs from him, or Supergrass. What I'm wondering about the Gnarls Barkley is whether the disc will have staying power. Right now its like a bowl of candy.
