kainoa Posted February 21, 2003 Share Posted February 21, 2003 I was on the MOCAP, COMPOSITING, & EDITORIAL teams at Square for "FINAL FLIGHT..". Although no one ever got to see the final version complete with titles and creds. The studio shut down immediately after we handed the final edit to the W BROTHERS. jucaro Posted June 13, 2003 Share Posted June 13, 2003 I bought a DVD of the animatrix. the animation is just awesome. the storylines are great! kinda like a cross between steven spielberg's amazing stories and the twilight zone capped with tales from the crypt packed with a sci-fi thrill! on the architectural cg point of view, IMHO, the nine part animation have great stuff for npr techniques. just AWESOME!!! dwright Posted June 14, 2003 Share Posted June 14, 2003 I preferred Animatrix than Matrix 2... mainly the renaissance chapters, both show and tell more interesting stories in 2 sets of condensed 10 minutes than the whole 2 hr ½ matrix 2 movie that tell a simple and short story in between repetitions/overkill terribly long fights that really did not tell more that just that, fights.
