enas satir
so am reading this book on vray materials.. and got to the part of the vray material wrapper.. i couldn't grasp the difference between the vray material and the vray material wrapper.. or how to use it.. from wat i got..the wrapper is used to control the GI and such.. can't i do this by going to the vray material properties instead and changing the GI and caustics there?.. i even tried applying the wrapper to an object and disable the GI.. but when opening the vray properties of the same object.. i found the GI was still activated..>> the properties didn't match! am a bit confused about this..and can't get wat the wrapper is for! luthias42
the wrapper is for standard materials and such to render correctly in vray. why you wouldn't just make them vray materials I don't know but that's what is for.
