My new CG book PLACES!

Hi All,

It contains all my theoretical designs covering the fields of architecture, transportation design, and science fiction, but with an emphasis on architecture and forward thinking.

 

I've worked in the entertainment field for 20 years designing sets for large films for Stephen Spielberg, Ridley Scott, and David Fincher to name a few, and on the side I have spent years building my own environments purely in CG, and rendered them to a very high level, as if you walked into these places and took a photograph.

 

The first forword is by Eric Saarinen, son of the great architect Eero Saarinen, and the second forword is by visual effects pioneer Doug Trumbull of 2001:A Space Odyssey, Close Encounters, and Bladerunner fame. There are also liner notes by designer Karim Rashid.
