Meathead
heya, I am looking for a some of the best Technic in Photoshop on how to create a 2d layout for my neighbourhood, I have been using paper for a while now but was thinking I want to place it into 3ds max so I can create on top of my floor plan. marius e
What exactly do you mean? You want to do it 2d or 3d? 3d Plans is very time consuming, and not worth the money, depending what it is, I find that even doing rooms only 3d plans is so much just for a plan. marius e
Well, photoshop works well, as well as corel draw. Best is to get a plan done in cad, import it as a pdf to PS or Corel, then start filling the areas like tiles etc with colours and textures. Im sure there are some tutorials on the web for this process.
marius e
Just googled it: Once you get the hang of it your results could be better than the results in the first link, its just a start. http://www.aecbytes.com/tipsandtricks/2006/issue11-photoshop.html http://forums.cgarchitect.com/13186-how-present-cad-plans-photoshop.html
