CGRendering
We had a request from client on wednesday saying that we need to have final animation of the office interior by monday. If we don't have it we don't need it. We never used a render farm. could you advice is it safe to use render farm from outside? Is anybody use it? How often? and what companies you used. thanks
biteny
...well, started for real, there are some render farms may fix you. Rebus and RenderRocket... a little expensive. Fox Renderfarm, to be honest, the price is ok but it only support 3ds max and maya rendering. I have been told that it's not a good idea to give jobs to renderfarms outside but I use them very often and become familiar with them, especially Fox, it has a maneuverable interface. Cheers! angiliaduan1
Whether such service is safe is hard to judge, but I only used Fox before, rendering results are great, and they have good Data Security. http://www.foxrenderfarm.com
Chris MacDonald
I've used Rendernation before on sensitive projects and they've been fantastic. As far as I'm aware they always have a member of staff there should anything go wrong/you need to pull an all nighter.
