stayinwonderland
Hey folks, Just need a generic wooden floor tile, high quality, free for non commercial. Nothing too crazy. Just need high res. Every free texture site seems to not have decent floors, you generally have to pay a pretty penny for them. Or should I be using the free tile plugin from CG-Source? Haven't tried it yet. stayinwonderland
those are useless for floors. Just pictures of small bits of wood.
AubreyM
If you have some good wood textures try this: http://www.cg-source.com/floorgenerator.php
stayinwonderland
Yeah, as I mentioned I haven't tried that yet. Do you need large tiled textures to make use of that or do you use planks and it duplicates them for you?
johannes
It uses planks and it works nicely. AubreyM
Planks will work, you don't need a "floor" texture, just a good wood texture. If you get the multi texture plugin at the same time you can use a couple of variations in the planking.
