Best method of paying for online transactions

As the thread title goes.

 

Whats the best method for paying and collecting payments from

off-shore clients and off-shore outscourcing partners?

 

It has become tedious and frustrating to use different banks

and different online payment services.

 

Can it not be generalized and accessed from a single portal?

 

Take for instance Paypal, its not available in our area, so I have to opt

for a bank affiliate in which clients or outscourcing partners are not at

an inconvenience.

 

How do you guys do simplify your life?
