Fade, the hardest material will be their 'Spectra' line which appears to change color with viewing angle.

Jeff Patton did a tut back in January. Ive used it to set up a similar material in vray with some pretty good results:

Austris Cingulis @ Viscorbel has just released his 3rd in the series of material tutorials. They include a material similar to this, that he makes look pretty easy and effective as usual.

 

I thoroughly recommend these as a resource to keep referring back to, I think they are actually worth paying for.
