stayinwonderland
I know this is probably futile to enquire, and it's not the first time I've mentioned it but... Does anyone else get this: They work using vray RT on a scene and then it just dies and will NEVER work for that scene again - ever. Start a new scene, no problem. But as far as RT is concerned, it's out to lunch until you start a new scene. This happens 100% of the time and it KILLS my production time. stayinwonderland
That said... I just did an experiment where I chose a different viewport for the RT, that worked. I then went back to the original viewport and it worked there once again. So is this a graphics card issue... or...?
Scott Schroeder
I think it's an issue with Max and the active shade with RT in the background and it doesn't actually close. I ran into it before and found a solution, but damn if I can find that webpage. I'll do some Sherlock Holmesing and see if I can pull it up. Ismael
http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/rt100/render_3dsmax.htm Under 'Locks'? Maybe that's it. I'm doing a Sherlock too as I don't even own V-ray 2.
