It's a one of many test renders done for studio where i'm employed. My chief choose many IKEA furnitures to use them in interiors and now i'm "in progress" with modelling them. IKEA has no 3d models of furnitures, and there is only few models available in CG e-shops ). Next to do - dinning room and kitchen. Interiors will be very small (45 square meters for all flat).

modeling and texturing seems to be fine, now camera location (composition) feel strange, the hot spot created by the lamp if kind of distracting and deviate the viewer instead of inviting to look at the bed.

Check IKEA catalogs and see how they illuminate their photos and scene setups

IKEA has no 3d models of furnitures, and there is only few models available in CG e-shops

Thank You for your info John Dollus, but POLANTIS is sharing really poor models (quality similar in many cases to sketchup IKEA models from 3d warehouse).

There is no chance to download or buy IKEA models in similar quality
