vikneshvijayakumar
Recently I downloaded 3ds Max 2014 trial from autodesk. It worked without any problems for a week. It all started when I updated my Nvidia 630M with a WHQL certified graphics driver. When I opened Max after the driver update it closed with an application error which says that, an error has occurred and the application will now close. Now it opens after a Product Update. But the viewport is completely white. It crashes if I open a file. Tried changing the viewport renderer from Nitrous to direct 3d and open GL. If I do that 3ds Max doesn't even start and gives the same application error. But it works fine even with nitrous viewport if started in Integrated graphics. Someone please give me a solution for this vague error :( Core i5-3210M @ 2.5 GHz Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit sp1 4GB RAM 1GB Nvidia GT630M

vikneshvijayakumar
did u try to crack the trail? or does it give any error in any other 3d application? No, I didn't... Its only after the graphic driver update... I don't have any other 3d app installed.. But photoshop works fine.
erkutacar
u should try with video games and see if u have any problems.. r u sure u have downloaded the correct drivers? if so download it again, the package might be corrupted and when u install, choose custom install and check "perform clean install"
