Looking to diversify portfolio

Hi,

I am a 3D artist specializing in texturing and lighting and currently working in the industry. Mostly my professional work consists of stylized animated movies and my personal work includes a lot of cars. Recently I have been thinking about trying my hand at Arch Viz but I sincerely do not like modeling and was wondering if I could get my hands on some house/building models which i could use for my arch vix renders (obviously, due credit will be given). I have been recently looking at a lot of sketchup models but most of them are quite low poly. Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

You can view my personal work at http://www.karbonpixels.com

Thanks

~N

To be honest, if you want to diversify into arch viz, then I'm afraid you're gonna have to learn to model, or atleast take base models (sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit) and build upon it.

I have a nice modern canalside building on Turbosquid you can purchase for an incredible price of $20 to practice with http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/new-build-red-brick-3d-max/685619
