Renderpal problems

I was wondering if anybody is using renderpal. I'm playing around with the trial version but haven't managed to get it working. On the clients I get the following error

 

04/03/14 17:49:02: testfile.max(1) :: Chunk error: 03/04/2014 18:49:30; Error opening scene file: "C:\Users\testfile.max" [machine01]

 

Back burner can open the scene and I can open the file on the machines in Max so I know there is no problem with the file.

 

Renderpal support has is very poor. They just tell me it's not a renderpal problem its the renderer.

 

I've turned off my firewall and anti virus software. on my renderpal client.

 

Any ideas

Could be a path problem, shouldn't that be a network path? like in ur case: \\pc with project files\C\Users

Thanks for your reply. It appears to be a check box checked that shouldn't be.
