Moving from Canada to a place like Dubai and attempting to compete with all the Indian CG guys there will only end in tears.

 

$5000 for a job like that would be at least 10 times too small a price, even if the design were already resolved.

 

The fact that the interior isn't even designed yet, and that they seem to be expecting you to come up with it as you work, is the part that I found the most frightening. Having done quite a lot of work in retail, the absolute worst thing a client can say to an artist is 'make it up'.

 

Making up a retail or large residential interior is something an architect might charge $500k to do, yet they expect you to do this for free, on top of all the other work?

 

These people are amateurs - run a mile from them.
