Failed to initialize Dll's

Good evening,

 

I dont know whats going on ... i tried to delete some data from my HDD but didnt touch any files or folder of my 3Ds Max application.

 

But today i wanted started 3Ds Max and everything i got was this:

I read this thread which says that it could be a messed up ini file after he installed

so i searched my ini files but couldnt find any wrong path in it.

also I did a registry search with Ccleaner to find broken or corrupt reg file but that didnt help, too :-(

maybe someone got the same problem and know the answer

please help me
