antoniofagotti
Today I got my head into the cloth dynamics of R16 of Cinema 4D. I am struggling with any geometry since even simple cubes seem to completely freak out when being paired with a dynamics body tag. To counter issues like seen in the attached video, I tried to increase the substeps per frame for better accuracy and also enabling accurate solver but nothing helps. I played around with the settings a lot, though I cannot get proper results. Using mesh checking after hitting optimize shows clean geometry. But as I said, even solid cubes twitch around so it does not matter how complex my objects are. any help to prevent cloth from going crazy is much appreciated video for illustration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrP_EPXLv-k
