jonathan Evans Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 I have placed vray 2 sided material . i read that it has translucent properties.This based upon the viewer and the camera angle. i have applied the material currently it not showing the following properties. Francisco Penaloza Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 2 side material need some finesse to work with. it is recommended to use single plane mesh and a strong light behind. By the sample that you are showing, only with an environment light with a solid object it won't show the effect. It is like look a window trough curtains at night, the interior light is stronger than the exterior light, so we won't see outside. Put a plane light or point light, behind your mesh or inside, then you'll see the effect. Think like a lamp shade. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
