marcellabbe
I'm sure you tried closing it and reopen it. Can you drag it around with the top part? Never happened to me with any windows in Max, weird. Closing your entire scene and reopen? Ultimately, saving every object in your scene to merge it in a new untouched scene perhaps. Even if it works, there's something going on. Might be something to look for on Autodesk site. Give us some news and good luck
tonybishop
If you press f9 this is the shortcut to quick render your scene from the image it does not look like you have a service pack installed so i would install the service pack from the autodesk website, as marcel said "you can completely re-merge your objects into a new scene file" but this will not fix the problem. i would compeletely uninstall max and reinstall 3ds max as a last resort i would delete the max.ini file and restart your computer and autodesk will automatically readd the file! and reload your scene it you get the same problem then i would contact your tech support dept where you bought max from and they will give you some more ideas of what to do
alejandrofernandez
Thankyou! I tried many things and now works, I honestly don´t know what the solution was because I tried everything, except uninstalling, anyways this was helpful. I´m not completely sure, but I´m guessing the .ini file had something to with it.
