NP! as far as learning goes i learned alot from a buddy of mine here at work, but i always refer to this

Dave really breaks down the code in a understandable way, and whats useful to is opening others people scripts and see how they work as well. Once you understand some of the language the Max-script help docs are really create resource as well. Although learning how to navigate it is quite the challenge. I am still in the beginning stages as well, might see more scripts coming from me =) You have to spend alot of time with the language to understand it, i try to do small things here and there everyday to keep up with it.
