pooravchheda
Dear Members, A group of students at University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, are conducting a short online survey on behalf of Geomerics, an ARM company, regarding the use of Dynamic Global Illumination in the architectural visualisation market. It would be greatly appreciated if you could spare a few minutes to reply to the survey found on the following link. https://jbs.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_bk1McIcFq3NxnP7 Thank you very much for supporting this research! pooravchheda
Hi Chris, Thanks for completing the survey. We don't have a white paper but the following provides a brief outline of what we are intending to produce. Geomerics, an ARM company, produces Dynamic Global Illumination technology that is widely used in AAA rated video games. The architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry is increasingly implementing building information modelling (BIM) techniques and producing high quality virtual visualisations. A team of students at Judge Business School is working with Geomerics to assess the current use of visualisation technology in AEC industry, and whether or not the Dynamic Global Illumination technology can be implemented in AEC industry to enhance the quality of the output. Our research will culminate in a presentation to the faculty and to Geomerics. If you wish to know more about the technology, then I would be happy to put you in touch with Geomerics directly. Thanks, Poorav
