Francisco Penaloza
You need to crank the resolution of your images, they are very blurry now. And you mentioned it is your design? This is an Evermotion pre made scene, did you model again to look just like that pre made scene? Not that it really matter if you are tying to get business, but, if you are using Evermotion scene, please give the kudos to the original creators. kriskar
Hi Farncisco, What resolution would you recommend for GearVR? Im having a bit of issues with rendering times on my rig, as I actually ran it on my laptop.. You are right about Evermotion - Im testing this VR tour thing with their scenes as I cant share the clients design publicly. I dont know who is the original creator of this scene though, but all credit of the underlying model goes to them Did you try it on your smartphone btw? It looks quite good on my Gallaxy, if I dont go into VR mode - the gainyness only shows up on desktop or in GearVR
Francisco Penaloza
No I didn't try in my phone but on the web viewer it look pretty blurry already so I won't think it will look better on the phone. If you are rendering spherical panoramas you need at least a resolution of 2048 x1024 remember this is per eye, so if you are using VRay be sure to use the stereo helper and activate double resolution. 2K works fine for Phones at HD resolution, you'll see the pixels but image look fine, but in my case I render double that resolution. and depending of the geometry I can go even higher. 4096 x 2048 seems to work fine for QHD phones. Remember this is resolution per one eye. If you are rendering cube panoramas then your resolution should be at least 9216 x 1536 per eye. Remember that lower resolution distract the viewer of any VR presentation and high latency make them sick.

kriskar
Hi, Need your help Kriskar, I have made a few 360 views but my developer is not able to play it on website. How to upload it on website and rotate it. Help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Hi Mohammed, There is a handy help section for theViewer, here is the article about embedding http://help.theViewer.co/advance-features/how-to-embed-tours-in-your-website As for rotating, currently there is no feature to set the starting angle, only starting panorama. The only way is changing the direction when rendering the image itself, sorry Let me know if it works out
