Ernest Burden III
Corona was NOT available for Cinema4D before now?
Thomas Grimes
It's been available for some time, the Alpha came out last year, with earlier versions before that. Beta 1 is much closer to a final version of course, which is why the announcement of its release - some very major changes since the Alpha, as listed, with the Interactive Rendering being the most major I'd say, as it's a hallmark of Corona. Francisco Penaloza
Congrats on this new release, Corona in Cinema 4D is the best thing. Hopefully does not run the same luck than Corona for Sketchup.
Thomas Grimes
It sure won't! In fact, focusing in on Corona Renderer for Cinema 4D was part of the reason for calling a halt to the SketchUp development. You can read all about that in the Company News section on the blog post. A tough decision, but the right one we believe.
