issue on my sony alpha camera

for over an year i used my camera via wi fi

the sony alpha serie seems to work

this till last week i recieve this error message

"Connected to the access point. Cannot connetct the camera to the pc"

 

I tried all the routine solving method

I also tried al the procedures sony indicated me via mail

 

the chain connection si camera>wifimodem>computerviaethern

 

is there a way to verify where problem is?

i tried over another pc with same modem, same problem
