3ds Max 2017 Vray 3.60.04 Render Problem

Hello,

I've been using this setup for a while now with no issues. I'm currently rendering an interior scene which has been rendering normally but has suddenly changed. The Vray frame buffer loads as pure white when I hit render (unless I change the Global EV, in which case its grey or black) and takes about 5-8 seconds to speed through all tasks and passes. I've tried other cameras and turning off all of the lights in the scene to no avail.

I've been toubleshooting different elements and resetting them (foolproof, right?) and have just gotten a weird, olive colored glitch in my viewports (second screenshot).

Please let me know if you have any ideas regarding these erros! Thanks in advance :)

Paul

Hi Paul,

We can't tell without an upload of your scene.

At a guess, to handle it, I'd say change your render engine from V-Ray to one of the others and then back again. This will reset your render settings and should handle it.

Like I say, if it's still a problem, upload your scene and we'll take a look.

Best, Tom
