need your kind help in finding a script that does this kind of modeling (or a simple way )

well, there's nothing marked in yellow so I'm guessing it's the bands along the 1st floor. You can use a fracturing plugin , create shape from edges or extrude the resulting selected faces (depending on which plugin) and go from there to make them renderable splines or offset and extrude or sweep....
