Archexteriors (Evermotion) licensing and other family house with garden scenes to buy

Hi! My client wants to buy a (3ds Max + Vray) scene of a family house with some outside grass/simple garden space to use to showcase their products. So the job will be putting a 3d model of their trampoline or inflatable swimming pool on the grass in the house/garden scene, picking a view and rendering it for their website where they sell their sports/garden etc. products.

Here are some examples of trampoline/pool exterior shots, not perfect ones but you get the idea. My client will be picking the right house/exterior scene, I just need to give them something to choose from that can be used commercially like I described. We are in Europe, EU if it matters.

So I have 2 questiios, or things I'm wondering about:

1. Can I use Evermotion's Archexteriors for this? From their licensing page I think yes, but I'm not experienced in this stuff so just wanted to make sure, I'll quote the licensing and put a link to the original at the end.

2. I know about Turbosquid, but are there perhaps other better sites, maybe less known/more specialised in such exterior scenes, that you would recommend?

Here's Evermotion license page: https://evermotion.org/main/license

Evermotion s.c. grants a limited license to use Evermotion Products for any purpose, including commercial use and redistribution, excluding following restrictions:

1. You can not resell or copy Evermotion Products (used in your project) for a third-party, which do not have its own license for Evermotion Products.

2. You can use Evermotion Products as a part of a game if the products are in proprietary format and displayed inside the game during play. In this case, you have to add in the producer's section information that "models come from Evermotion"

3. You can sell/resell rendered (moving or still) images, as a part of a movie advertisement, animation etc.

4. You can publish your renders in a book, on a poster, t-shirt or any other item.

5. You have a right to use your renders in any way - charge a fee for them, modify them.

6. You are NOT allowed to use the renders in connection with the sale, resale or other commercial reproduction or distribution of images of the single models (archmodels)

-----------

6. Is kinda starange to me, I imagine it means I cannot buy archmodels set, and than sell renders of a single model, but I'm not sure.

I'll appreciate any help/confirmation. Cheers!
