Building facade for analisys

I'm currently working on this project but i just can't find ways to improve it.

Would be really nice to have some insights from pros with way more expertise than me.

Even though the facade is very simple, I think you should add a little of material variation to create more details. Also, create division in your glass handrails, create pannels of about 2 M or so.
The same thing for the wall maybe controls joints.
The camera angle is not pleasant. Maybe instead, one single shot, you can create two, one focusing on the entrance and other mid-elevation to avoid the extreme 3 point perspective.
You could also back the camera more to show the building working with the environment.  That will help with the 3 point perspective.
Have you tried changing the time of the day? Maybe something close to dusk, some of the interior lights could help create more articulation and details.
