What has changed with CG Architect since Chaos acquired it?

Hi Abdullah,

Since CGa was acquired by Chaos, we tried to keep it mostly the same CGa users have come to know and love. The first major change, though, was the total gratuity of all features that used to be paid. That means users have full access to all features, free of charge!

Now, we're slowly implementing new things, updating services and resuming general activity such as surveys and the 3D Awards. We are working hard to make CGa the best it can be. 😉

If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear!

Cheers!

Hi Rick, Thanks for your reply. Previously I remember CGA would offer furniture 3d models from third party sellers. I don't see that option anymore.

Is this because those items do not have a demand in the community?

Or is it because those sellers do not want to sell on CGA anymore?

By the way, your blog did not load from my end. This is what it says-

Thanks again!

Hey Abdullah,

Since Chaos acquired CGA, the online shop has been removed and replaced with a link to Chaos' online store. CGA is no longer a directly for-profit website, so it makes sense we don't sell things directly anymore. 😉

About my blog, I definitely need to update my signature, lol.... If you want to check my personal stuff, you can go to https://linktr.ee/rickeloy

Cheers!
