How about a way to make the 'Today's Posts' link in the header stand out more--maybe a different color text or background (for just that). The way we all seem to read threads in any subforum and the cross-pollination of ideas that it brings is great. If a new user is just looking for the forum for their software they may be missing out on a lot. A more noticeable 'today's' would encourage participation.
