I dont know any but Octane Render 3 will be cloud-based I think. Chaosgroup labs just released a podcast about their cloud-based V-RAY! Check it out here https://labs.chaosgroup.com/index.php/cg-garage-podcast/cg-garage-podcast-65-boris-simandoff-v-ray-cloud/

I've never tried it but LAGOA is supposed to be cloud-based too http://home.lagoa.com/

I know Amazon's lumberyard game engine leverage the AWS cloud services but I dunno if it can be used to render your scene! Probably!

Have you ever tried http://www.onerender.com, if so, what was your experience?

Sure, now OneRender is in beta phase. It will be commercially released in approximately one month. You can try it for free here: http://www.onerender.com

It is an easy way to create a render with good quality.

You'd come across as more reputable if you just cheerily plugged your service honestly, instead of creating fake accounts to talk to yourself. Attempted deception won't make people want to use your service!
