I am Chetan Deshmukh, a student of Sheffield Hallam University, UK studying Msc International Business management. I have to do a consultancy project for a 3D rendering company, basically, the project is to, company wants to know the Indian market through us. what are the entry strategy to be adopted and what could be the perfect price for the product and some statistical data about the companies, end users using CAD/CAM software. and which product is the leader there.
Any help from you would be really appreciated. you can give any useful links, where i can get some information regarding the above mentioned points. or your personal opinion would be equally important.
