  2. Hi everyone, this is my first post. I am an Industrial Designer and have been animating products for a few years. At the moment I’m doing a new animation for my client, very similar to the one I did 3 years ago which can be seen on youtube: In one of my scenes I have 45 frames. If I render one frame at a time it takes less then 5 minutes to render. If I render the entire sequence the render time gradually gets slower. At the 20th frame the render time is over 4 hours per frame and a total of 12 hours (at which point I stopped the render). The only solution I have found is to render one frame at a time. This is very frustrating because I have to spend the entire time by the computer. This is the second time I have this problem. The first time (a scene with many more frames) I redid the scene and everything worked as it normally does. Somehow I feel it’s v-ray that’s messing up. All processors run at %100 and about 6GB of ram is used. Anyone have any suggestions. All the best, Sincerely, Samvit Blass Programs: 3ds max 2013 with V-ray 2.3 (IM and LC) Computer: 8GB RAM; 16*Intel Xeon cpu – E5520 @ 2.27GHZ; nvidia quarto fx 3800 Scene: 1,289,675 faces
