Stephen Thomas
I have been asked by a client to quote for producing images for assessing light pollution from a proposed development we are working on. I have asked for a more detailed brief from them on what exactly is required, but in the meantime does anyone have any experience of this and the type of imagery typically produced for such a thing? I'd be grateful for any links you could provide to similar studies to give me a heads up. Thanks.
tcupp
Had to look into it for some LEED requirements. Our lighting engineer provided IES data on the site lights and building lights that had direct line to exterior building windows. That IES data was plugged into a model and rendered and the "Lighting Analysis" tool build into max was used to look at lighting foot candles on the site.
