Instagram filters in Photoshop

I applied the photoshop actions created by Daniel Box to mimic Instagram filters to one of my renderings. Check out the results here.

I think that is cool. It's an interesting way to get some great ideas on stylizing your image. I've always thought instagram was a great tool for these types of ideas. I don't, however, think I would advocate for the use of these filters on a final render. I feel like we as artists should take the color grading into our own hands and tailor each adjustment to the specific image. But inspiration is everywhere and this would be a cool way to view a few options very quickly. Nice find, thanks for sharing.

i'll second that....just about the same way i feel about the solidrocks plugin for vray in 3dsmax. the expro filter in instagram is cool tho

they arent strong enough imo

just looks like a colourcurves / gamma adjustment to me
