Shadows & lightning during animation are going crazy

Hi guys , I am new here and I am wondering if you can tell what is the solution or at least what is causing this. I need to make a small animation and as you can see in the attached file, the shadows and lightning are not like they should

 

For lightning I'm using a Vray sky, a hdr image and skylight portals at each window. I want to mention that I tried to render the animation without the hdr image and it almost the same. And by the way, when I create the output path of the animation, that small window where you choose the codec, is not showing up.
